I did not receive all the products in my order. What should I do? 

Answer:
Please send an email to including your order number and a description of the product received to [email protected]. Please attach an image of the product received with the email in order to speed up the investigation process. If no image is attached, our customer service representative may ask for a picture according to our policy.

 

There was no card attached to my order. Where is my message?

Answer: 
Large greeting cards are offered during the checkout process. Your message should be on the purple delivery tag attached to the flowers. Please pull the flap indicated with red arrows for your card message.

If you completed the order and you did not see a confirmation at the end, it is likely that your order was not completed successfully. For immediate assistance please call 02 9645 3938 (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) or (9am to 1pm, Saturday). It is also possible that your email confirmation was sent to your junk mail folder. You can email [email protected] to request a new email confirmation.
