Is it really necessary that you ask for a picture of the product received?

Answer:
We agree it is not an ideal policy, however, some people try and take advantage of our excellent customer service policies. Because of our business model and online operation, we can afford to offer fresher flowers at lower prices. Resending flowers can increase our costs significantly thereby forcing us to increase our prices, which is not beneficial to neither our customers nor Online Sydney Florist. For that reason, we generally require a picture of the flowers if they are said to be the wrong product or in poor condition. This policy benefits both customers and the company. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation.
